* great with customers (retail experience a must)
* able to lift, climb a ladder, use basic tools
* on time with reliable transportation
* flexible with their schedule
* good with spelling, penmanship, measuring, math and verbal skills
The Address a busy furniture and decorating boutique. Job consists of (but not limited to):
* helping customers choose the size, style, color and fabric(s) for furniture to suit their lifestyle
* choosing items to create tabletop or other display for customers and store
* opening, checking in, assembling, cleaning, and pricing new merchandise
* straightening and merchandising
* Must be able to count back change.
* cleaning
* follow-up with customers regarding special orders, etc.
* lifting and moving boxes
When it comes to decorating, you either have "it" or you don't. Don't worry about specific experience.
We are open 7 days a week. Shifts will generally be 9:45am to 6:15pm, 2 to 4 days per week (more during the Holidays), but schedule will vary, so you need to have availability. If called for an interview, you will be required to do a coffee table display and choose furniture and fabrics for your dream room.
