Job Description
~~Responsibilities: Performs physical assessments through examination, medical history and appropriate diagnostic and screening tests. Evaluates needs of patients and prescribes medical treatment. Performs, orders and interprets routine laboratory tests. Recognizes common disorders and deviations from normal and provides treatment or refers to others as needed.
Requirements: Current California licensing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. AHA Healthcare Provider or Red Cross Professional CPR required. Able to work in fast paced clinic setting. Training and experience in a psychiatric setting required.
