Job Description
Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Analyst on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support Manufacturing through development of models and analysis including labor costing, activity costing, and process/system optimization. This position will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of Manufacturing system performance monitoring tools as well as preparing weekly/monthly manufacturing financial performance reports, routine budgeting and forecasting activities. This role will partner with Finance and S&OP to build a culture of data driven decision making that drives and sustains disciplined execution and continuous improvement company wide.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field. Candidates must have a minimum of three years product costing experience, including full absorption an applied costing methods as well as one year experience in operations management. Candidates must have computer skills including experience with MS Office, basic Business Intelligence Tools, and data mining experience.
