I am a quiet 54 year old woman hopefully looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Chico, CA or surrounding areas. I am trouble free, will always pay my rent on time and am very clean and tidy. I have 2 "companion cats" because I have a slight disability (no wheelchair, etc). I would like to find someplace soon as I put in my notice and the apartment I was going to rent fell through. I would be willing to share a two bedroom apartment with someone like myself. Quiet, clean and tidy. NO partiers please!!!
