Virgil is a very friendly black cat with short sleek hair. He has a white patch on his chest and some distinguishing white hairs on his chin. He is a little over 3 years old and was rescued from the Hooker Oak park area. He loves to be petted and has a habit of reaching out his paw for a handshake or a high five. He would adapt very well into a loving home. Virgil is available for adoption now through the Chico Cat Coalition! His adoption fee is $45; he is healthy, neutered, and very loving.
